Deputy Taos County manager appointed to top job

Posted

Brent Jaramillo, the deputy county manager, will be assuming the top administrative job at Taos County on March 1.

The current manager, Leandro Cordova, announced his resignation at the end of January. He had served in that job since 2015.

Jaramillo, who is also a Questa village councilor, applied for the top job when it was last available. Though he was not the finalist, he's worked closely with the county manager throughout the past three years, namely on capital projects and facilities.
