Republicans may not be numerous in Taos County, but they’re getting ready for an active year in coal politics.

A traditional Lincoln Day Dinner, an event in celebration of every patriotic holiday (Presidents’ Day, Flag Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Veterans Day) as well as various civic projects throughout the year are being considered.
