Climate Strike at state capitol

Taos climate activists will head to Santa Fe Friday (Sept. 20) for a Climate Strike Event at the Roundhouse. People will caravan down beginning at 9 a.m.

To offer a ride or get a ride, contact toddwynward@gmail.com.

If you can't go to Santa Fe, organizers urge Taoseños to support the strike from Taos. "Break from business as usual; support a local labor/business strike for the day. Participate in or host a teach-in at your workplace or school or in the plaza or park," according to a press release.

Learn about RYNO's vision and how they "walk the watershed way." Their motto: "Do unto those downstream as you would have those upstream do unto you." For more information, contact Daniel "Ryno" Herrera at dansautohondo@gmail.com

Climate message at SOMOS
