Members of the Taos Tigers wrestling team are all smiles after going 2-0 as a team at the Taos Duals Jan. 16. The Duals have become an annual event inside Otero Gymnasium - giving fans a chance to see their hometown grapplers in action as the team and individuals hone their skills for districts and state. Invitees to this year's event included the St. Michael's Horsemen and the West Las Vegas Dons. The team also traveled to Trinidad, Colorado to participate in the Gene Gagliardi Invitational, where Taos placed fourth Jan. 20.

Following their usual annual competition rotation, the Taos High School Tigers wrestling team just completed their “eight-day slam” that included two away tournaments and a home meet from Jan.12-20. more
