Investigation confirms Texas musician was drunk, speeding at time of fatal crash

An investigation into a fatal three-vehicle car crash that killed Texas singer-songwriter Kylie Rae Harris and 16-year-old Maria Cruz of San Cristobal in September shows that the up-and-coming musician was drunk and speeding over 100 miles per hour at the time of the collision.
