Felon pleads guilty to crimes in county jail

Rafael Orozco at a plea conference Monday (Aug. 19) for one of three cases he has picked up since he was incarcerated at the Taos County jail for a battery incident that caused a lockdown at Holy Cross Medical Center in 2016.
